Refunds

All products are handmade so will take up to 5 working days to be dispatched to you, and then will be sent via First Class Royal Mail so will most likely be with you within 2 working days, but this is not guaranteed! 

We don't offer returns at this moment in time, but an item can be exchanged up to 14 days after purchase for a different size or same value item. 

You have 7 days to cancel or let us know that you want to return the product and you will be fully refunded, or exchanged for another size. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return cost. After this I can refund you within 5 days of recieving the item in original condition, and it will be credited in the original method in which it was paid.

If an item is lost in the post, we aren't responsible for this, and I will always get proof of postage.
